Cuisine Companion Hokkaido Cheese Tart
It's one of my daughter's favourite treats, and she always ask for it when we past the cheese tart shop. This dessert is so delicious that I must try making it myself. However, the manual process is quite tedious, so I tried to adapt the recipe using cuisine companion, which simplifies everything.
