Cuisine Companion Garlic Cheese Naan
This garlic cheese naan is best eaten with chicken curry or by itself. Below are the methods making it with Tefal cuisine companion.
Cuisine Companion Garlic Cheese Naan
Serves: 4-5 peoples
Yields: 8 pieces
Ingredients
4 cloves peeled garlic
2TBS olive oil
300gm milk
2tsp dried yeast
1TBS sugar
500gm plain flour
1tsp salt
1-2TBS olive oil to oil the CC bowl and to splash on dough – step 5
250-300gm grated tasty cheese
2TBS butter - for brushing

The ingredients required
Ultra blade to pulse the garlic
Pulsed into tiny pieces
Add olive oil and used mixer blade to sauté the garlic

Dough before proofing.
Remove blade and oil the bowl.
After 40 minutes of proofing.
Transfer dough on a lightly floured working surface. Punch and knead the dough.
Divide into 8 equal portions
Roll and flatten into thin disc.
Add cheese in the centre.
Wrap the filling. Shape it into ball.
Place the seam facing downwards.
Flatten into nice thin bread.
Pan fry on non stick pan with medium heat.
Flip both sides. Cook until brown.
The bread puffed up a bit.
Place on plate and brush with butter.
Serve with chicken curry and enjoy! :)
